2. User Accounts

3. User-Generated Content

Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, post, or share, including workout plans, diet plans, and messages ("User Content").

License to Us

By creating User Content, you grant Feeziq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods, solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and providing the Service.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

6. Gamification System

The Experience Points (XP), levels, and achievements earned within the Service are intended to motivate and track your progress. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed or sold. Feeziq reserves the right to manage, regulate, and modify the gamification system at its sole discretion.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Feeziq and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Feeziq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

c) Feeziq AI Companion:

When you interact with the Feeziq AI Companion, we process your questions and conversation history to provide you with accurate, personalized responses. We do not use this data to personally identify you outside of the context of improving the AI's performance and safety.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and enhance the Feeziq App.

• To Provide and Personalize the Service: To manage your account, deliver your custom workout and diet plans, track your progress, and personalize your experience.
