Each Apple or Google account can redeem it once. On Android, Google Play only accepts it from accounts that haven’t subscribed to Feeziq before. On iPhone, the App Store checks your account when you redeem and tells you straight away if it can’t be used.
Your subscription continues as monthly Feeziq PRO at the regular price, which Apple or Google shows you before you confirm. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Check it’s entered exactly as FEEZIQSTART, in capitals. On Android, choose the Monthly plan, make sure Feeziq is up to date, and redeem it in the Google Play sheet inside Feeziq rather than in the Play Store.
